In this role you will open accounts, process a variety of banking transactions, and coordinate with lending and business development teams to grow the client base while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of banking or client service experience with cash handling.
• Ability to perform lending, sales, or account management.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain client relationships and cross-sell bank products.
• Open and oversee accounts; manage transactions and close accounts when needed.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide prompt resolutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate with lending and business development teams to grow the client base.
