• Data entry using banking software and Microsoft 365 with accuracy.
• Demonstrates strong decision making and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and build long-term client relationships and provide solutions.
• Open bank accounts and oversee transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
• Answer questions and resolve service issues.
• Cross-sell loans, deposits, and electronic services to individuals.
