Job summary

QCR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Relationship Banker to develop and deepen relationships with consumer and business clients by delivering exceptional service and recommending financial solutions.

You will open accounts, cross-sell products, and work with lending and business development teams to grow client relationships, while maintaining compliance, privacy, and service quality. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
• Data entry using banking software and Microsoft 365 with accuracy.
• Strong decision making, critical thinking, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Source and build long-term client relationships and provide banking solutions.
• Open bank accounts and oversee transactions; assist with closings when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
• Cross-sell loans, deposits, and electronic services.
• Support onboarding of new client relationships via follow-up.
• Collaborate with lending and business development teams.
