Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our branch, delivering welcoming, hospitality-driven service while leveraging the latest banking technologies.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and support clients' financial needs. The role requires in-branch availability, including weekends and some evenings, and compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, including SIE and FINRA

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Must work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
