Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication on phone and in person, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and courtesy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; SIE exam and state licenses required; licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and how to use them.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
