Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist in Cherry Hill, NJ, a full-time role with hourly compensation of USD 21–USD 25. You will facilitate day-to-day client communications, advise walk-in clients, and keep project data updated across LIMS and CRM systems in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

The position requires 1–2 years of customer service, HS diploma, and strong written/verbal English communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Office suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
• Maintain a constant overview of projects that need login or client communication.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples.
• Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
• Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; perform other tasks as needed across departments.
