Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Client Service Representative to act as the primary link between clients and laboratory operations. You will handle emails and calls to resolve issues and ensure smooth receipt, testing, reporting and billing of routine samples.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to learn quickly within a GMP/pharma environment. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday in Lancaster, PA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience communicating with clients and internal teams in a scientific setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication link between the client and laboratory operations.
• Answer emails and phone calls from client contacts or lab staff to resolve issues and facilitate testing, reporting and billing.
• Interpret and communicate technical information and manage stakeholder requirements.
• Manage client expectations with project updates and financial updates, obtaining feedback on scope.
• Elevate issues to management when services deviate from expectations.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet department and company goals.
• Support sales efforts in bids to gain repeat or new business when needed.
• Work with Business Development to onboard opportunities and set up projects for success.
