Eurofins Built Environment Testing East in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to facilitate day-to-day communications between clients and laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience and maintaining data in LIMS and CRM.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound inquiries by phone and email, guiding walk-in clients, updating project data, and collaborating with lab staff to resolve issues.

• Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
