Job summary

KGPCo in Lenexa, KS, is seeking a customer service representative to serve as the point of contact for assigned customers. You will build and maintain positive relationships and provide excellent service across order entry, status, expediting, and replacement needs.

You will use the CRM to document activities and participate in customer calls. The role requires a AA degree or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Handles manual order entry inquiries, status, expediting.
• Uses CRM to document activities and notes.
• Participates in customer calls to provide order updates.
• Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
