Aufgaben

• Serve as the main point of contact for a dedicated group of returning customers.
• Manage email correspondence and ongoing communication, including dropship accounts.
• Enter and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy & supporting accounts.
• Introduce new accounts to available catalogs and products early in the relationship, then transition to a more personalized approach as familiarity with the customer grows.
• Respond to customer questions and inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Build positive, lasting customer relationships that encourage continued business and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with a team of 7-8 other Customer Service Representatives to ensure customers receive consistent, responsive support.
• Maintain organization and accuracy while managing multiple customer needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
