Job summary

Kansas Ag Connection is seeking an experienced order management professional to ensure excellent customer service from order receipt to invoicing. You will handle SAP order processing, maintain accurate data, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and plants to meet commitments.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, issue resolution, and collaboration across internal and external partners to optimize order flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Experience in customer service or similar role preferred.
• Experience in customer account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process non-EDI orders in SAP and ensure accurate entry within deadlines.
• Review pricing, promotions, and ship locations; manage order flow.
• Coordinate with sales, brokers, transportation, and plants to resolve issues.
• Provide proactive order status updates and customer communication.
• Support accounts and generate customer reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deductions and returns.
