Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Manager to hire, develop, and retain frontline staff across multiple client portfolios. You will utilize AI tools, online reporting, and BI platforms to monitor financial and operational metrics, optimize schedules, and drive profitability.

You will oversee client health, budgets, and accounts, ensuring alignment with EBITA targets while maintaining safety protocols and service excellence across locations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years managing hourly employees.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years managing hourly staff.
• High School diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain frontline staff for client portfolios.
• Use BI tools and reporting platforms to monitor metrics and drive efficiency.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budgets, AR/AP, and EBITA targets.
• Build client relationships, manage risks, and develop action plans for improvements.
• Deliver high-quality service while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
