Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Manager in Atlanta to lead a portfolio of security services. You will hire and develop frontline staff, drive operational metrics, and use BI tools to optimize scheduling, cash flow, and profitability.

This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, maintaining service quality, and enforcing safety practices. You will manage budgets, receivables/payables, and overall account health while aligning with EBITA targets.

Qualifications

• Must have degree(s) as listed with professional experience managing hourly staff in service.
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making with budgeting knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for designated portfolio.
• Utilize AI tech, reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR/AP, and account health.
• Build and maintain client relations, address security needs, manage crises, implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver high-quality service while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Establish safety-focused action plans to prevent injuries.
