Allied Universal® is hiring a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line staff delivering security services across a designated portfolio. You will promote engagement, drive operational metrics, and ensure client satisfaction while aligning with EBITA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 2+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service organization
• Associate's degree with 3+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service organization
• High School diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service organization
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or for business
• Minimum of 2 years driving operational goals
• Experience managing a dispersed team that fosters teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of safety protocols and service deliverables
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making; budgeting and financial reporting
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium clients
• Use AI tech, reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget management and accounts in EBITA targets
• Build and maintain client relationships and implement corrective actions
• Deliver high-quality service while following policies and regulatory requirements
• Establish a culture of safety with action plans to prevent injuries
