Strong communication and problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced environment. You will work across departments to meet client needs, maintain sample organization, and contribute to delivering high-quality service and support.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in FoodScience, Chemistry, or a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in Food and/or Environmental Testing is desirable.
• Client service or QA experience is preferred.
• Clear communication with lab staff and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with FDA/EPA regulatory testing requirements.

• Liaise between client, account management, and lab staff to prevent issues.
• Manage logistics of client projects to meet needs cost-effectively.
• Receive and process samples; triage by analysis requirements.
• Store, organize, and retain samples; dispose when appropriate.
• Coordinate communications between internal departments and leaders.
• Monitor progress and delegate tasks across teams.
• Relay technical data to senior leadership and clients.
• Suggest new service opportunities aligned with business goals.
