Opensity Solutions in Houston is seeking a Client Relations Manager to lead office services, conference operations, catering, and hospitality programs. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of up to 10, and drive service quality for meetings and events.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor performance metrics, and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless workplace experience across Houston and nearby offices.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or workplace operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and daily operational needs.
• Maintain a professional, organized, client-ready environment at all times.
• Lead and develop a team, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee meeting and conference room operations, setup, and space management.
• Monitor performance metrics and service levels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with internal teams to address employee-related matters and support retention.
