Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Client Relations Manager to lead all office services, conference operations, catering, and hospitality programs in Houston. You will manage a team of up to 10, drive service excellence, and partner with client leadership to ensure exceptional experiences for meetings and events.

Reporting to the Central Region Client Relations Director, you will oversee day-to-day client operations across Houston and nearby offices, while optimizing budgets, vendor partnerships,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or workplace operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and daily operations.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and client-ready environment.
• Lead and coach a team to deliver high-quality service.
• Develop and maintain processes to support efficient service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee meeting and conference room operations and space management.
• Coordinate mail and print services and support project activities.
• Partner with internal teams on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
