Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager I to oversee project setup, track sample receipts, monitor status, and ensure adherence to client requirements from initiation to closure. The role may involve managing up to $2M in revenue depending on experience and assignments.

The candidate will onboard clients, train users, maintain communications with clients and internal teams, and coordinate with lab operations to deliver high-quality results and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field; AND two (2) years of customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up client profiles in LIMS.
• Maintains relationships and serves as the primary contact for client inquiries.
• Monitors project status and ensures timely completion of client work.
• Coordinates with lab functions to resolve issues and bill accurately.
• Prepares status reports and assists with project closure and invoicing.
