Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a related field with two years of customer service.
• Experience onboarding clients and setting up client profiles in LIMS.
• Ability to maintain client relationships and conduct regular check-ins.
• Knowledge of industry laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients, provides training and resources, and sets up initial client profile in LIMS.
• Builds strong client relationships and serves as main contact for inquiries.
• Addresses client concerns and coordinates with lab functions to meet timelines.
• Monitor client health and address churn risks; assist sales with renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Plan projects with lab, sales, and client; ensure accurate pricing and communication.
• Review deliverables for quality and client satisfaction; manage feedback.
• Provide regular status reports and conduct project closure including invoicing support.
