Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager I to oversee project setup, monitor status, and ensure that samples are collected, analyzed, and reported according to client requirements. You will coordinate with lab functions, sales, and clients to maintain accurate data in the LIMS and ensure timely deliverables.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, onboarding new clients, addressing issues promptly, and guiding project closure with invoicing in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field; AND two (2) years of customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients, provides training and resources; sets up initial client profile and data in LIMS correctly and accurately.
• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships; serves as primary contact for client inquiries and issues; conducts regular check-ins.
• Addresses client concerns and resolves issues promptly; coordinates with lab functions to ensure timely completion of client work.
• Monitors client's health and addresses churn risks; participates in retention and renewal strategies with sales and operations.
• Provides project planning and timing with lab, sales and client; ensures project setup in LIMS and accurate pricing; communicates details to parties.
• Reviews project deliverables for quality and client requirements; manages feedback and continuous improvement.
• Delivers project status reports; conducts project closure, invoicing support, and evaluates success.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align outcomes with client objectives; contributes to departmental efficiency.
• Promotes Pace mission with courteous, cooperative behavior in interactions with customers and staff.
