Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager I to lead project setup, oversee sample receipts, monitor status, and ensure reporting aligns with client requirements. The role may handle up to $2M in revenue depending on experience and client assignments.

The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a salary of $50,000 per year and opportunities to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field plus two years of customer service experience.
• Continued employment contingent upon licenses and certificates maintained in active status.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and provides training; sets up initial client profile in LIMS.
• Builds and maintains relationships; serves as primary client contact and conducts regular check-ins.
• Coordinates with lab functions to ensure timely completion of client work and resolves issues.
• Monitors client health and addresses churn risks; supports renewals and upsell opportunities with sales/ops.
• Prepares project plans and ensures correct setup in LIMS; communicates pricing and details to parties.
• Reviews deliverables for quality and client satisfaction; manages feedback and continuous improvement.
• Maintains clear communication; delivers status reports on progress, risks and issues.
• Conducts project closure and ensures invoicing alignment with client satisfaction.
