Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager I to oversee project setup, sample receipt, and reporting per client requirements. The role includes managing up to $2M in revenue depending on assignments and business needs, with a focus on client satisfaction and technical service.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients, maintaining relationships, coordinating with lab functions, and guiding projects through closure and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, biology, or related field with 2 years of customer service.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience accepted.
• Licenses/certifications must be maintained to remain employed.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profile in LIMS and systems.
• Maintains strong client relationships and serves as primary contact for inquiries.
• Coordinates with lab teams to ensure timely completion of client work and resolutions.
• Monitors client health and supports retention and contract renewals with sales/ops.
• Prepares project status reports on progress, risks and issues.
• Oversees project closure and coordinates invoicing with accounting.
