Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager I to oversee project setup, sample receipts, and status monitoring, ensuring all work is collected, analyzed, documented, and reported per client requirements. This role can involve up to $2M in revenue depending on experience and client assignments.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, relationship management, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver high-quality results and support invoicing and project closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field and two years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination.
• Continued employment contingent upon maintaining required licenses/certifications.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, applicable industry laws, computer applications, and effective oral presentations.
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals and plan, develop, and evaluate programs.
• Proficiency in business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profile and data in LIMS.
• Maintains strong client relationships and serves as primary contact for inquiries and issues.
• Coordinates with lab functions to ensure timely completion of client work and resolutions.
• Monitors client health, retention strategies, and potential upsell opportunities with sales/ops.
• Prepares project plans, validates pricing, and communicates details to involved parties.
• Reviews deliverables for quality and client alignment; manages feedback and improvements.
