Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Client Project Manager I to oversee project setup, sample intake, and status monitoring while ensuring compliance with client requirements. The role includes managing up to $2M in revenue, coordinating across lab, sales, and operations, and delivering high‑quality service.

The position emphasizes training, client retention, and ongoing education to maximize product usage and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• Two years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Continued employment requires active licenses/certificates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set up client profiles in LIMS.
• Serve as the primary client contact and conduct regular check-ins.
• Coordinate with lab functions to ensure timely work completion.
• Monitor client health and address churn risks with sales and operations.
• Provide project planning timing with lab, sales and client.
• Review deliverables for quality and client requirements.
• Prepare status reports on progress, risks and issues.
• Conduct project closure and assist with invoicing and payment.
