Job summary

You will manage client relationships, coordinate with lab teams, and ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients, training them on products, and resolving issues to minimize churn while supporting invoicing and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with LIMS and client onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profiles in LIMS.
• Acts as primary client contact, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinates with lab functions to timely complete client work.
• Plans projects with lab, sales, and clients to ensure accurate pricing and delivery.
• Reviews deliverables for quality and manages client feedback.
• Supports invoicing and contract renewals in collaboration with sales.
