Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
• Three (3) years of customer service experience or equivalent
• Familiarity with computer applications and systems related to the work

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profile and data in LIMS
• Maintains strong client relationships and serves as primary contact for inquiries
• Monitors project status and coordinates with lab functions to meet client requirements
• Prepares project status reports and communicates progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Supports invoicing and project closure activities and ensures client satisfaction
