Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients, sets up initial client profile in the system (LIMS) accurately.
• Maintains strong client relationships and conducts regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates with lab functions to ensure timely completion of client work and resolves issues.
• Monitors client health and develops strategies for retention and renewals with sales/ops.
• Prepares project plans, sets up projects in LIMS, and communicates pricing and details.
