Job summary

Pace Labs in Minneapolis is seeking a Client Project Manager 2 to oversee project setup, sample receipts, and status tracking, ensuring collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting meet client requirements. The role may handle up to $2.5M in revenue depending on experience and client assignments.

You will coordinate with lab functions, onboard clients, and maintain strong client relationships while guiding project closures and invoicing to support financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profile in LIMS.
• Maintains long-term client relationships and serves as primary contact.
• Monitors client health and addresses churn risks.
• Coordinates with lab functions to ensure timely completion of work.
• Prepares project status reports and conducts project closures.
