Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Kernersville, NC is seeking a Client Project Manager I to oversee onboarding, sample receipts, and project tracking from start to finish.

You will coordinate with lab functions, ensure timely analysis and reporting to client specifications, and support invoicing and renewal efforts while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role carries up to $2M in revenue and requires strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology or related field.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Continued employment requires active licenses/certificates if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profile in LIMS.
• Serves as primary client contact and resolves inquiries promptly.
• Coordinates with lab functions to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitors project status and provides regular progress reports.
• Supports invoicing, renewals, and client retention activities.
