Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or related field with two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and monitor project status.
• Experience with LIMS setup and client data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profiles in LIMS.
• Maintains client relationships and conducts regular check-ins.
• Monitors project status and ensures timely completion and invoicing.
• Coordinates with lab functions to meet client requirements.
