Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Eden, NC seeks a Client Project Manager I to oversee project setup, sample receipts, status, and reporting in accordance with client requirements. This role demands strong client communication and cross-functional coordination.

You will collaborate with lab, sales, and operations, onboard clients, train users, and maintain lasting relationships while guiding projects toward successful closure and invoicing. Up to 2M revenue management may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or closely related field with 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to set up client profiles in LIMS and coordinate with lab functions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set up initial client profile in LIMS.
• Manage client inquiries and ensure timely completion of work with lab teams.
• Deliver project status reports and manage project closure.
