Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC is seeking an Administrative Support person for the Project Management Team in Orlando. You will liaise between project management and sample receiving, ensuring intake and management of client work.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or related field, plus at least one year of customer service experience. You will handle calls, schedule bottle orders, and help with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field; AND one (1) year of customer service experience; OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to work with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Project Management Team and serve as liaison between project management and sample receiving/log-in.
• Manage client communications and direct calls to the appropriate project manager.
• Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs.
• Review login dashboard and update information and confirmations as needed.
• Assist with developing or participating in project management objectives, budgets, timelines, materials, and personnel.
