Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Florida is seeking a client-focused project support professional to oversee, review, and process project management forms and databases, ensuring accurate setup and timely communication with clients.

You will direct client calls to the appropriate project manager, schedule container orders, and help develop objectives with budgets and timelines while upholding company policies and a cooperative team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field; AND one (1) year of customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees, reviews, completes, and processes project management forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Acts as a liaison regarding client project needs and provides guidance to the Pace team for project setup.
• Directs client calls and requests to the appropriate project manager for follow-up.
• Schedules and enters bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs.
• Reviews login dashboard and updates information and confirmations as necessary.
