Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of onboarding and client data management.
• Understanding of applicable industry regulations and client requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up initial client profile in LIMS.
• Maintains strong client relationships and serves as primary contact.
• Addresses client concerns and coordinates with lab functions to ensure timely work.
• Monitors client health and supports retention and contract renewals with Sales/Operations.
• Plans project timelines with lab, sales, and client; ensures accurate pricing and clear communication.
• Reviews deliverables for quality and client satisfaction; gathers feedback.
