Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Project Manager I to oversee client onboarding, project setup, and status tracking in Greenville, SC. You will ensure sample collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting meet client requirements and project closure criteria.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate with lab, sales, and operations to monitor project health, communicate progress, and drive client satisfaction while supporting invoicing and revenue management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or closely related field.
• Two years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Continued employment requires valid licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients and sets up client profiles in LIMS.
• Maintains client relationships and serves as primary contact.
• Monitors client health and manages retention and renewals.
• Prepares project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinates with lab, sales, and operations to ensure timely deliverables.
