Job summary

Allied Universal in San Francisco, CA seeks an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, lead a team of security officers and supervisors, and ensure client contract hours are met with excellence.

You will manage scheduling using AI-powered tools, develop client relationships, oversee training and compliance, and coordinate incident response to maintain safety and operational standards across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in security management or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control.
