Job summary

Allied Universal in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Portfolio Manager to act as an internal security operations expert, coordinating with the client across states and interfacing with corporate security executives and branch offices. The role starts with a week-long onboarding to share best practices, tools, and guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of security management experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Criminal Justice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract compliance at all assigned properties.
• Identify security issues and propose solutions to the client’s corporate security team.
• Provide client-specific training to new on-site Allied Universal Managers.
• Create and deliver annual training programs.
• Develop relationships with local and regional client contacts.
• Identify, analyze and solve problems to improve performance.
