Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred (customer service).
• Medical background or healthcare familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow and pet scheduling to maximize hospital productivity.
• Provide exceptional, friendly service and educate clients on services and wellness plans.
• Assist with patient documentation, billing, and appointment coordination.
• Promote services and product sales while maintaining accurate records.
