Gartner, Inc. is seeking a New Client Engagement (NCE) specialist to drive onboarding and pre-sale demonstrations, ensuring clients realize value beyond their investment.

You will align Gartner research with client priorities and surface opportunities to engage with our licensed resources. In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding teams, and clients to deliver tailored demonstrations, onboard new clients, and support adoption of Gartner services while showcasing the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
• Well defined time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and French

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant Gartner resources to drive impact.
• Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's renowned products and services.
