Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough professional to help prospects and clients understand Gartner resources and how they deliver value. You will onboarding new clients, demonstrate Gartner resources, and surface business priorities to fuel adoption and growth.

You will engage executives, partner with Sales, and guide ongoing support to maximize impact. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ months of relevant experience are preferred; strong communication and time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; agile and flexible.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and articulate Gartner’s value.
• Collaborate with Sales on demonstrating Gartner products to prospects or clients to drive licenses.
• Research prospective and existing companies and executives to tailor Gartner resources to drive impact.
