Job summary

Gartner in Irving, TX seeks a Client Success Associate to onboard new and upgraded clients, surface business priorities, and demonstrate Gartner resources to drive engagement and adoption. You will articulate Gartner value to prospects and clients, coordinate with Sales, and contribute to ongoing client success post-onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ months relevant professional/internship experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and French

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales teams to demonstrate Gartner products to prospects or clients. Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C‑Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant Gartner resources to drive impact.
• Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's products and services.
