Job summary

RRD is seeking a results-oriented project coordinator to oversee customer on-boarding and campaigns for variable print or pre-media products. You will collect data from clients, outline project plans, and ensure alignment with objectives and SLAs through the project lifecycle.

You will gather requirements, propose workflows, coordinate resources, and maintain schedules while communicating status to stakeholders and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
• Must be able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer on-boarding/customer interaction and campaigns for variable print or pre-media throughout the lifecycle (initial meeting through final disposition of a customer's project).
• Gather required data from customers and evaluate objectives to create the project plan and develop the statement of work.
• Analyze and review customer requirements and determine the scope of the project and assemble required resources.
• Estimate time frames and resources required to complete a project.
• Design & implement workflows and maintain the master schedule for all project activities.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations to meet SLAs.
• May conduct color review meetings and assist in go-live sign-off.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects.
