Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a project manager to coordinate customer onboarding and campaigns for variable print and pre-media across the full lifecycle. You will gather data, define objectives, and develop statements of work for legal approval while coordinating with multiple departments to meet client SLAs.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to manage complex workflows using standard software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must recognize anomalies and respond appropriately.
• Strong communication with diverse internal and external customers to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
• Proficient in standard computer tools and capable of learning specialized software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer onboarding and campaigns for variable print or pre-media across the lifecycle.
• Gather data from customers, define objectives, create the project plan and submit the SOW for legal approval.
• Analyze requirements and assemble resources needed to execute campaigns.
• Estimate timeframes and resources required for successful completion of projects.
• Design and implement workflows, maintain master schedule, and monitor progress against plan.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations to meet SLAs and standards.
• Lead color review meetings with customers and participate in go-live sign-off activities.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
