Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related discipline or 3+ years relevant experience.
• Strong problem solving and ability to handle anomalies.
• Excellent communication with internal/external customers at a level of detail.
• Proficient with Windows, Mac, and other technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer onboarding and campaigns throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather data, define objectives, and create the project plan and SOW for legal approval.
• Estimate timeframes and resources required for projects.
• Design and implement workflows and maintain the master schedule.
