Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a program/project coordinator to manage customer onboarding and campaigns, coordinating data, objectives, and resources across the lifecycle. You will estimate timelines, assign required teams, and design workflows to deliver on commitments.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to align with client SLAs. Experience with multi-department collaboration and go-live sign-offs is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage projects and determine resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer onboarding and campaigns through lifecycle.
• Gather data, define objectives, and create the project plan and SOW for legal approval.
• Analyze requirements, assemble necessary resources, and implement campaigns.
• Estimate timelines and required resources for projects.
• Design workflows, maintain master schedule, and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead color review meetings and oversee go-live sign-off.
• Perform related duties and support special projects.
