Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or underwriting in commercial insurance
• Familiar with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to build client relationships and communicate with carriers
• Property/Casualty license or ability to obtain
• AAI, CIC, CISR, or CRIS designation preferred
• Some college or higher education
• Sagitta & Epic experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accuracy
• Coordinate marketing process and prepare proposals
• Bind coverage and ensure policy documentation accuracy
• Prepare pre-renewal information packets and obtain loss runs
• Serve as primary contact for clients and respond to requests
• Build strong relationships with clients and carriers
• Assess clients' risk programs and provide coverage recommendations
• Advise on risk management during renewals
• Collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams
