Responsibilities

• Assist with renewals and processing certificates of insurance.
• Support new business activity with applications and proposals.
• Process certificates of insurance and keep client data up-to-date in Gallagher systems.
• Collaborate with Client Service and Production teams to improve processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.
• Utilize Gallagher technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to meet client needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
