Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Manager in the United States (NJ Mount Laurel area) to ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher's clients. You will manage complex accounts, work with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction, and mentor Client Service Associates while driving renewal success and retention.

Responsibilities include preparing RFPs, coordinating vendor responses, supporting negotiations, and presenting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience or a high school degree with 8+ years client service and/or claims experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with a focus on self-funded business.
• Lead and guide Client Service Associates; coordinate with sales to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, and develop client presentations.
• Cross-solve with clients to align Gallagher resources with client needs.
