Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in Iowa seeks a Client Manager to manage client accounts, deliver timely service, and enhance satisfaction. You will coordinate marketing, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation while supporting team goals.

Responsibilities include gathering submission information, presenting comprehensive proposals, and acting as the primary client contact. Strong underwriting familiarity and detail orientation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the servicing of a diverse book of business, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of policies, endorsements, and requests.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and bind coverage per agency guidelines.
• Direct marketing submissions, including applications and schedules, aligned with client needs.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business, including pre-renewal info.
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients, responding promptly to requests and documents.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify exposures, and provide coverage recommendations.
• Provide risk management guidance at renewal and on endorsements.
