Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager – Business Insurance to lead client accounts, coordinate marketing, and ensure service quality. You will bind coverage, prepare proposals, and maintain policy documentation while supporting clients with their insurance needs.

A license or ability to obtain one is required. The role emphasizes building strategic client relationships, providing risk advice, and collaborating with Producers to align with agency goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines for carrier/broker preferred.
• Familiarity with markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accurate policy handling.
• Coordinate submission information for marketing; prepare proposals and schedules.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals; bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new/renewal business; finalise proposals.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; respond promptly to requests.
• Build relationships with clients and carriers to enhance loyalty.
• Assess client risk programs and recommend coverage enhancements.
• Provide risk management advice during renewals.
